This is an illustration I made for the Minneapolis Children's Theatre Company for a play called Tales of Africa. In Africa, the rabbit is a sort of trickster character and the protagonist in one of the short plays.
I'll bet this was gorgeous full size...L-O-V-E the blues...this piece makes me feel peaceful (especially since I don't know the significance of the masks.
Mpls. Children's Theater should so hire you--you did them well last year!
