Ezekiel 6:5

Here is the final print of Ezekiel 6:5 (the actual title). It came out really well, and I hope I can get a hold of a screen and keep with the medium.

Ezekiel 6:5

This is an in process image of the screen print I'm working on now about a passage from Ezekiel. Hope to be done before Thanksgiving; I only have two more layers left, and getting one done tonight.

Clifford

This was my first screen print. YAAAY! The North Dakota punk band Clifford has not to my knowledge had the chance or funds to make any merch to sell at their shows. So I used this assignment to make some prints they could sell. I hope people buy them!

Roanoke

This was a mixed media print consisting of linoleum cut over xerox print of a collage. The space on the left was left for a binding, as it was later made into a book with similar prints contributed by the rest of the class members. The prints in the book centered on the theme "Lost" (luckily no one mentioned the TV show); mine deals with the missing colony of colonial Roanoke Virginia. When the British suppliers to the village returned one year, the found the population gone with no clue to their whereabouts other than the word "Croatoan" carved in a tree in the village.

Leif Ericson

These were made as a sort of tribute to Leif Ericson, the TRUE discoverer of the Americas. Haha... This is a five layer, linoleum cut print.

Detective Dracula

This was a linoleum cut relief print. We were allowed to do whatever we wanted, and I chose to do Dracula. After sketching for a while I thought his his collar looked like a detective's jacket. So I drew him as a sort of a film noir Dracula.

Cross Stamp

This was my first print EVER! It was just a rubber stamp, but I likes it. I likes it a lot.

Ezekiel 6:5

This is a sketch about Ezekiel 6:5 ("The most hardcore book of the Bible" - Nate Cariveau), where God tells the Israelites that he will "Lay [their] bones round [their] altars" because they have left him to worship idols. This will be turned into a screen print for my Intro to Print Paper Book Class.
Hopefully it comes out well!
